2025, a year marked by major successes

Celebrating its 40th anniversary, Reynaers Aluminium France is turning a page in its history, marked by a successful 2025. With business development, profitability, team recognition, and innovation, the company is establishing itself as a leader in the design and distribution of a range of aluminium systems for the building industry.
The year 2025 will remain etched in the history of Reynaers Aluminium France as the year in which the company successfully transformed challenges into opportunities. In a new construction market experiencing a sharp decline and a renovation market under pressure, the company not only maintained a stable level of activity but also gained new market share thanks to a bold strategy and a team of mobilized and committed employees and external partners, as exemplified by the two hundred "Duo Impulsions" meetings aimed at strengthening field presence and supporting customer development.
The results speak for themselves, with a "Great Place to Work" certification renewed for the second consecutive year and unprecedented external recognition among manufacturing and installation professionals. According to the latest survey conducted by the Qualimétrie institute, Reynaers Aluminium France is now the most highly regarded company by manufacturers and installers, with a "net promoter score" close to 50%, far ahead of its competitors. This is tangible proof of the trust placed in it by industry professionals.
Innovation was also at the heart of this remarkable year. The launch of Reyna'Track, the only configurator for certified and customizable Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) per project, recognized by the INIES database and the DHUP (French Directorate of Housing, Urban Planning and Landscapes), marked a turning point for the company. This tool, unique on the market, reinforces Reynaers Aluminium France's position as a pioneer in sustainable solutions tailored to the needs of professionals, specifiers, and project owners.
Unparalleled commercial and event-driven momentum
Reynaers Aluminium France also made a significant impact throughout 2025 by engaging its partners and clients in ambitious projects. The Partner Tour, with four events held across France (Rennes, Biarritz, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, and Le Touquet), brought together over 250 participants, strengthening ties with industry professionals. The new "Les Nocturnes" series of specification evenings, held at The Square, a multidimensional workspace and technical discovery center in the heart of Paris, showcased the company's expertise to specifiers. This included exceptional presentations on flagship projects by architectural firms such as Rudi Ricciotti Architecte, Moreau Kusunoki and Frida Escobedo, Studio Vincent Eschalier, and the design firm Norea. The company also made a strong impression by becoming the main partner of Zak World of Façade, a leading event for façade professionals. A press conference and a press trip to Duffel, Belgium, at the heart of the Reynaers group's technological and logistical setup, completed this year full of meetings, consolidating Reynaers' visibility with the specialized media.
Collective excellence and innovation at the 2025 Awards ceremony
Reynaers Aluminium recently celebrated its 40th anniversary in France on January 22nd and 23rd, 2026, at an event bringing together all employees. This anniversary was an opportunity to celebrate not only the past, but also recent successes and future ambitions.
The program included a ceremony featuring awards, honoring ten exemplary projects developed during 2025 in categories such as innovation, continuous improvement, and performance. These awards, given to internal teams and initiatives, illustrate the culture of excellence that drives the company.
Innovation in the service of customer differentiation
Among the winners, the "Reyna'Track Project," led by Thomas Selin, Head of Facades and Sustainable Development Market, was recognized for its pioneering nature. This Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) configurator offers clients a unique tool to address sustainability challenges.
Another noteworthy innovation is the "Seaside Offer," previewed at the last ARTIBAT trade show. Led by Armen and a cross-functional team (Sales, Finance, Quality), this project introduces a pre-anodizing option with an extended warranty—a first for industrial manufacturers. Elsa Michaudel, Head of Management Control and Pricing, Xavier Richard, Sales Manager, and Frédéric Van Houteghem, Quality and Safety Manager, were recognized for this initiative, which strengthens Reynaers Aluminium France's competitiveness in demanding markets.
Safety and operational excellence: a collective commitment
The "Special Safety" Award was presented to Emmanuel Tardy and all the employees of the Brouchy logistics site, which achieved three years without a lost-time accident as of January 20, 2025. This exceptional result, representing more than 270.000 hours worked without incident, testifies to a strong safety culture and daily vigilance. As the "We Are Safe" program of Reynaers Aluminium France reminds us, "safety is also about taking care of others as much as yourself." A collective achievement made possible by the attention and rigor of each employee.
In the area of continuous improvement, the store and finance team was recognized for its "Cycling Inventory" project. Approved by the auditors, this system smooths stock levels throughout the year, thus avoiding a two-day site closure and increasing delivery capacity. Florian Dran, Operations Manager, Marie-Ange Cambray, Warehouse Clerk, Barbara De Bie, Accounting Manager, and Steven Lasnier, Coordinator, were rewarded for this initiative, which combines operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Agility and knowledge sharing: levers for performance
The "Agility and Adaptability" award was given to Pierre Vidal, Head of Specifications, for his successful integration into the team and his mastery of both steel and aluminum. His adaptability enabled the creation of synergies between Reynaers Aluminium France and Forster France, with encouraging results.
The "Sharing of good practices" was also highlighted, with Brandon Janowski, a warehouse worker, passing on his order preparation methods to another team, with a productivity gain illustrating the importance of knowledge transfer in achieving operational excellence.
The "Best Improvement 2025" award was given to Benoît Chauvet, Sales Manager, for his commercial agility in a complex economic environment. His exceeding of revenue targets was praised as an example of responsiveness and performance.
The "Growing Our Expertise" award was presented to Sébastien Jaunet, customer support manager and fire product expert, for his key role in knowledge sharing and supporting the sales and technical teams. As the national expert for safety products, particularly fire-resistant products, he embodies the importance of knowledge transfer within Reynaers Aluminium France.
Customer service and brand awareness: teams at the heart of the customer relationship
The "Automation" team, composed of Adrien Fisse (manager), Wilfrid Lemoine (expert), and Julien Larroque (ReynaPro configuration specialist), was recognized for its responsiveness and expertise, which are consistently praised by clients. Their ability to quickly resolve issues makes them a major asset to the company.
Finally, the "Brand Awareness Development Initiative" award was presented to the Marketing team, led by Marketing Director Maxime Runtz, for their work promoting the brand in the field, in the media, and online. Adrien Vallat, Operational Marketing Manager, Nathalie Hervé, Campus Manager, and Maëlle Durrière, Communications Manager, successfully showcased Reynaers Aluminium France with creativity and high standards, generating new business opportunities.
A future driven by innovation and growth
Building on these successes, Reynaers Aluminium France has no intention of resting on its laurels. The company relies on the unwavering support of the international group, with continuous investments in research and development, as well as logistics. The Reynaers Group's headquarters in Belgium, adjacent to its Alural production site—Europe's largest powder coating and anodizing facility—are major assets for meeting growing market demands. Product innovations continue, notably with the use of the Avalon system, offering unprecedented performance and possibilities in architectural creativity and the precise adaptation of technical aluminum solutions specifically designed for ambitious projects. Furthermore, Reynaers reaffirms its commitment to its employees with initiatives such as internal awards and the renewal of its Great Place to Work certification, demonstrating a strong and unique corporate culture.
According to Pierre-Yves Zentar, Managing Director of Reynaers Aluminium France: “2025 was a historic year for Reynaers Aluminium France. We not only celebrated our 40th anniversary, but we also proved that our model, based on innovation, the commitment of our teams and close relationships with our customers, is paying off. In a demanding market, we were able to stand out and grow. These results are just one step: our ambition is to continue pushing the boundaries, for our customers, our partners and our employees.”
