Energy renovation is more than ever a national priority. The third Multiannual Energy Programme (PPE 3), published on Friday, February 13, 2026 in the Official Journal of the French Republic, sets ambitious objectives: renovation of 250.000 homes per year, whether they are individual houses or collective housing.
