Lorillard Façades, a specialist in building envelopes, recently carried out an emblematic energy renovation project in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, on the Sérurier residence, a building from the 1950s.
Commissioned by Reanova, a company specializing in the renovation of co-owned properties, Lorillard Façades handled the exterior insulation, facade renovation, and roller shutters, in a project that also included windows and doors, heating, ventilation, and waterproofing. The objective: to restore comfort, thermal performance, and visual identity to the building.
The construction project was particularly distinguished by:
- a customized external thermal insulation, with different thicknesses of rock wool and glass wool depending on the areas;
- the installation of Piterak Slim terracotta cladding (Terreal) on the base, combined with a light mineral coating to maximize natural light;
- roller shutters carefully integrated into the EWI envelope, in a gold tone (RAL 1032) contrasting with the light facade.
Result: an energy saving of 46%, a change from label F to C, and an intervention praised for its quality of execution and its respect for the occupants.
A concrete example of a sustainable and coordinated renovation, which illustrates the technical and organizational expertise of Lorillard Façades in the service of co-ownerships.
