Rector appoints Noel Le Floch to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer

A graduate of INSEAD, Noel LE FLOCH, 50, holds a Master's degree in Business Unit Management from IFAG and a DUT in Civil Engineering. He has solid managerial experience in the building sector. After beginning his career at Xella, he joined the Lafarge group where he successively held various positions in sales, marketing, production, operational general management and finally the management of development activities.

Reporting to Ronan BLANCHARD, Chairman of the Executive Board of Rector, Noel LE FLOCH has been responsible for all of the group's operational activities in France since June 12, 2023. His mission will be to implement the company's strategy, to deploy the means necessary for its growth by monitoring market trends.
