In preparation in particular for the succession of Henri DOUMENGE – Administrative and Financial Director of the Bouyer Leroux Group for 14 years who will exercise his retirement rights in spring 2026 and in order to pursue its long-term sustainable and balanced development strategy, the Bouyer Leroux Group announces the recruitment of Stéphane JAN as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.
Aged 54, Stéphane JAN is a graduate of HEC Paris. A project-driven man, he has values aligned with those of the Bouyer Leroux Group, and the experience that will enable him to succeed in this new role with extensive powers.
Before joining the Bouyer Leroux Group, he served for 10 years as Number Two in charge of finance at the HERIGE Group (trading, carpentry, concrete), where he led the strategic reorientation, and successfully completed reorganization, acquisition, merger and sale projects of companies and managed overall performance (summary of financial and extra-financial performances). Previously, he was Administrative and Financial Director in mid-sized companies (CONFORAMA - Switzerland; DOUGLAS - France). He also has solid international experience in the industry having successively held positions as Financial Analyst at ELF (Germany), Head of Management Control, Administrative and Financial Director (Germany, Hungary), and International Financial Controller within the PEUGEOT CITROEN Group.
Stéphane JAN's main responsibilities and priorities will be financial strategy, risk management, optimization of economic performance, international development, and structuring of the Group's governance and employee shareholding.
As Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Group, he will provide strategic advice and functional support to Roland BESNARD - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Bouyer Leroux Group.
