Qualibat presents its 2024 results and its ambitions for 2025

A solid network and dynamic activity

With a forecast turnover of €26 million, QUALIBAT confirms its economic momentum. Its national network is based on 35 regional agencies and 160 employees, ensuring essential proximity with professionals in the sector.

In 2024, 50.000 companies were qualified, totaling 90.000 qualifications, including 40.000 RGE. These figures demonstrate the confidence of the sector and QUALIBAT's involvement in the energy transition.

The year 2024 was also marked by 9.700 new qualification requests. Concerning audits, more than 19.689 RGE audits were carried out by 250 RGE auditors. Moreover, concerning the RGE 2024 assessment is more than excellent since it was evaluated at 81%, without deviation. Finally, a ministerial approval was adopted for Qualibat in the RGE works category from 1 to 15 (decree).

Finally, in 2024, Qualibat worked on a new qualification 1162 concerning the selective deconstruction of buildings with a view to the reuse of products, equipment, materials and the recycling of waste. Still in a process of improving services, Qualibat is implementing the “Digital Construction / BIM process” qualification for companies wishing to be qualified.

Outlook for the coming year

The year 2025 will be marked by a renewed commitment to support professionals in the face of environmental and technological challenges. QUALIBAT reaffirms its central role in the development of a sustainable and innovative building sector.

To go further, QUALIBAT wishes to implement the “Circular Economy” label. The “Circular Economy” label is awarded to a company in support of a qualification in the relevant profession. The typology of products reused or recycled must remain within the strict scope of the qualification(s) held by the company. It can be combined with other Qualibat labels such as the RGE label for example. This label highlights the intervention approaches and working methods of companies on their construction sites, for example.

But also, for 2025, the desire to establish MAR (My Renovation Assistant) certifications as well as certifications of diffuse works or even certification of real estate diagnosticians.
