Plurial Novilia and Présence Verte are innovating to promote home care for seniors

Designed by the Présence Verte group and presented in the form of a discreet bracelet or medallion, it allows senior tenants of the social landlord to alert relatives or emergency services in case of need.

During Blue Week and following an experimental phase launched in June 2023, the two partners announce the deployment of this home telecare solution with actimetry for all eligible tenants, at a preferential rate.

A successful experimental phase

Activ'zen 360 relies on intelligent remote assistance technology, combining security, prevention, and lifestyle analysis. At the heart of the system is a transmitter that continuously connects the home to a Présence Verte monitoring center, available 24/7. The user also has an ergonomic trigger, worn as a bracelet or pendant, which allows them to immediately alert the system if needed.

But the real innovation lies in the activity sensors discreetly installed in the home. These sensors continuously analyze daily rhythms and movements (travel, opening doors, presence in certain rooms, etc.) and can automatically detect any anomalies, such as an unusual lack of activity or a late wake-up. If there is a deviation from the recorded patterns, an alert is automatically sent to the monitoring center, allowing for preventative intervention before the situation becomes critical.

This system relies on a dual support chain:

• The immediate family and friends, who were contacted first;
• Emergency services are mobilized in the event of a proven emergency.

A "Serenity" option completes the offering with automatic fall detection, further enhancing occupant safety. Each Activ'zen 360 installation is configured according to the occupants' needs and lifestyle, ensuring personalized and relevant monitoring over time. The goal: to preserve seniors' independence through technology, while guaranteeing constant human connection.

To test its reliability and ensure its suitability for users, Plurial Novilia has been conducting a trial phase of the Activ'zen 360 solution since September 2024. This successful trial has resulted in a commercial launch and a mailing campaign (approximately 2.700 letters) to eligible Plurial Novilia tenants.

From then on, 71 inquiries resulted in 26 installations of Activ Zen 360 – including 16 new contracts and 10 conversions from classic telecare – while 30 people opted for classic telecare from Présence Verte.

Nearly a year later, the contracts remained in effect without cancellation and no complaints were filed. A testament to the system's reliability, no false positives have been observed to date.

A strengthened commitment during Blue Week

Activ'zen 360 is officially launched during Reims' Blue Week, dedicated to retirees and the elderly, which takes place from October 13 to 26. This year's theme, "Aging, a strength to share," provides an opportunity for public, non-profit, and private stakeholders to highlight initiatives promoting healthy aging, inclusion, and intergenerational connections.

Plurial Novilia and Présence Verte are fully aligned with this national trend by offering a concrete solution to support seniors remaining in their homes, maintaining their independence, and ensuring their peace of mind. This also represents a direct response to the societal challenges posed by an aging population, particularly in urban areas and priority neighborhoods.
