Pascal Portelli elected President of IGNES

Pascal Portelli: At 55, a graduate of the École Polytechnique, he has been Chairman of the Board of Delta Dore since 2018, having previously been its Director of Operations. Before joining the group in June 2017, he worked for sixteen years at Thomson, then Technicolor, where he held various management positions, notably within the Connected Home department. Based in Bonnemain (35).

Delta Dore, a founding member of IGNES, is a French mid-sized company with a European reach, a pioneer in the smart home market, particularly in energy management and solar protection. It manufactures 5,5 million products annually.

For Pascal Portelli: "It is a pleasure and an honor to be elected President of IGNES. Our sector is today at the heart of the structuring transitions that are sweeping our society: energy, environmental, and demographic. It is collectively that we will be able to meet these challenges and demonstrate the value of electrical and digital solutions manufactured by sovereign manufacturers to support these transformations. I am grateful to the members for choosing me to chair IGNES, which fulfills this essential role for our profession."

He succeeds Benoît Coquart, CEO of the Legrand Group, President of IGNES since 2019 and member of the Alliance Bureau for 10 years, who said, "I am very happy to hand over to Pascal Portelli. His conviction that connected housing is a powerful response to the aspirations of occupants in terms of energy savings, comfort, lifestyle, purchasing power, security, etc., and to major societal challenges will be a strong asset for IGNES and its members."
