Parella is assisting Publicis in creating a large-scale creative campus in the heart of the 17th arrondissement of Paris.

This exceptional project marks a major step in the transformation of the group: more than 4.000 employees are now brought together in an iconic building owned by Gecina, in the heart of a district combining tertiary dynamism and residential quality of life.

An ambitious and exemplary transformation project

Between Place Pereire and Parc Monceau, the 30.000 m² Mondo building stands out for its scale and modern design. It embodies Publicis's commitment to combining performance, creativity, and sustainability in a single location, designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and well-being. This consolidation of two Parisian sites fulfills a clear ambition: to reinvent the employee experience while asserting a strong collective identity.

The project is characterized by:

• a hybrid program combining flexible workspaces, auditorium, event and performance space, food court and green rooftop;
• a sober and elegant interior architecture, dominated by brown, beige, blue and red tones, enhanced by durable and warm materials;
• a subtle balance between group identity and ownership by each entity, to create a vibrant and inspiring campus.

145: a building reimagined as a creative campus

More than just an office building, Le 145 is a true creative campus.

Its vast, light-filled open-plan spaces and 2.300 m2 of terraces and panoramic rooftop offer an exceptional working environment, conducive to meeting and inspiration.

Two iconic floors structure the experience:

• On the ground floor, a lively service hub: digital reception, cafe, agora, meeting and social spaces.
• On the 7th floor, a place to breathe, facing the city: work café, shared rooms and green terraces open to all employees.

Designed with a view to hybridizing uses, the site offers connected solutions (digital application, smart lockers, concierge service, integrated services) and a flex office organization promoting mobility, modularity and collaboration.

A global mission entrusted to Parella

Alongside the Publicis steering committee, Parella provided a comprehensive mission, covering the entire project: Definition and management of the real estate strategy, Research and negotiation of the lease, Design and implementation of interior layouts, Support for change and cultural transformation.

Thanks to agile and visionary governance, the project was completed within tight deadlines, with smooth and consistent execution. The result: a space that is iconic, functional, and inspiring, a true showcase of Publicis' "Power of One" vision.
