Olivier Lanne, the new managing director of Cerqual Qualitel Certification

With over thirty years of experience in the construction and real estate development sector, Olivier Lanne will put his expertise to work in developing the NF Habitat – NF Habitat HQE certification and continuously improving the quality of housing.

Solid expertise in construction and real estate development

A graduate of Centrale Paris, Olivier Lanne joined the construction industry in 1994, initially at Bouygues Bâtiment, where he held technical and purchasing management positions both in France and internationally. In 2016, he joined Bouygues Immobilier as National Technical Director for Housing.

In 2020, he joined Spirit, an independent group involved in residential and commercial development, as general manager of project management.

Throughout his career, Olivier Lanne has developed solid expertise in managing complex projects and deploying innovative solutions integrating new construction methods and digital tools.

Throughout his career, he has been committed to promoting a high standard of quality, taking a holistic approach encompassing quality of design, construction, and use, as well as environmental and energy efficiency, while always maintaining a focus on cost and schedule control. This core principle is reflected in the NF Habitat – NF Habitat HQE certification, managed by CERQUAL, for which he served as the national expert for 10 years, first at Bouygues Immobilier and then within the Spirit Group.

Olivier Lanne is intimately familiar with the NF Habitat – NF Habitat HQE certification, which he himself promoted and oversaw in his previous roles. More broadly, he also feels aligned with the values ​​and missions championed by CERQUAL.
