Novaxia and Interconstruction deliver Cristal Clichy, a 108-unit residence resulting from the redevelopment of a brownfield industrial site in Clichy (92)

Novaxia and Interconstruction announce the delivery of a 108-unit residential building and a retail space in Clichy (92), created through the complete redevelopment of a former industrial site. Developed jointly, the project covers a floor area of 8.250 m² and is scheduled for delivery in March 2026.

Acquired in the summer of 2022, the site dated from the 1900s-1920s and was occupied by warehouses and storage facilities, as well as dilapidated housing units that had been declared unsafe and vacant for two years. The existing 2.628 m² of floor space was completely demolished to allow for the construction of the Cristal Clichy residence. This residence comprises 108 apartments, ranging from studios to six-room duplexes with rooftop terraces, for residential use, and a ground-floor retail space. Located next to metro line 14, the new residence also offers direct access to the Grand Paris Express network.

A return to the land in the heart of the city

This program, developed in Clichy, a city boasting the highest recyclability score for the second consecutive year (+0,93 - ORIE 2026 Index), has also enabled the restoration of this previously developed site to its natural state. Outdoor spaces now represent 40% of the total land area, including 425 m² of open ground, comprising communal and private gardens, as well as recreational areas. The residence's rooftop terraces have also been planted, providing havens for biodiversity.

A jointly promoted operation

The operation was developed in co-promotion by Novaxia Investissement (50%) and Interconstruction (50%).

Transforming a derelict, entirely artificial site into a new, high-end residence that returns green space to the city is exactly what urban recycling makes possible. This type of operation is demanding—demolishing the existing structure, completely rethinking the program, convincing partners—but the result is there: 108 new apartments, gardens planted with soil, a rooftop garden, at the foot of metro line 14. This is the model we want to continue to develop.”
