Nexity is proud to have been selected as the winner in the tender for the development of the Îlot Saint-Paul project in Tours. The result of synergy between the Centre Val-de-Loire & Océan regional teams, the urban development subsidiary Villes & Projets, and the operations subsidiary Nexity Studéa, this project illustrates the Group's ability to meet the needs of local authorities in terms of social diversity through a multi-product approach.
