Nexity announces the appointment of a new Executive Committee focused on business development

This development, effective from today, aims to:

• Always better respond to the new needs of the territories, in particular with the creation of a multidisciplinary center for the development of “new urban offers”;
• Develop the best-suited offers for individual and institutional clients;
• Further simplify and streamline decision-making processes.

This new Executive Committee, composed of seven members, is chaired by Véronique Bédague, Chairwoman and CEO. It oversees the implementation of the strategy, with priority given to the deployment of the "New Nexity" and makes the necessary decisions.

It is composed of the members of the current General Management:

• Jean-Claude Bassien, Deputy Managing Director;
• Fabrice Aubert, Deputy Director General who takes over as President of the “New Urban Offers” Division;
• Pierre-Henry Pouchelon, appointed Deputy Managing Director, in charge of Finance and the Residential Real Estate Performance Division. As of January 1, 2026, he will take charge of the external growth department.

Joining them today are:

• Joris Delapierre, Managing Director - Île-de-France Region. He joined Nexity as Development Manager at Nexity Foncier Conseil in 2008, bringing 17 years of experience in real estate development to the company.
• Lionel Séropian, Managing Director - Southern Region. He joined Nexity in 2001 as Development and Promotion Manager in the Provence subsidiary, bringing over 24 years of real estate development experience to the company.
• Anne-Laure Joumas, Director of Real Estate and Performance, has also been appointed Director of the Operations Division (Coworking, Managed Residences); she joined Nexity in 2022 as Director of Operations for Nexity Entreprises, after more than 20 years in the commercial real estate sector.

Finally, I also welcome the arrival of Anne-Laure Joumas, who, after having demonstrated her operational qualities at the head of the Real Estate Department and within the Nexity Enterprises teams, will take over as Director of the Operations Division. Finally, I would like to warmly thank Jean-Luc Porcedo who has decided to leave the Group.”
