With 43.144 housing units authorized in March, representing a 33,1% increase in one month, the new housing market is showing a spectacular rebound. Driven by multi-family housing, this growth remains largely cyclical: over 12 months, volumes remain below market standards and, above all, are still struggling to translate into real activity for construction companies.
