New EXPERT EXDB18V2-180 cordless diamond core drill: Equivalent power to a 2500W corded tool and faster drilling

Powered by two 18V batteries, the new Bosch EXPERT EXDB18V2-180 cordless diamond core drill delivers power equivalent to a 2500W corded tool. Its performance ensures faster drilling, up to 25% faster than the previous GDB 180 WE Professional model*, even in the hardest materials up to a diameter of 180 mm. Equipped with a 2x18V brushless BITURBO motor and a high-performance two-speed transmission, it optimally utilizes the high power of the new EXPERT batteries.

The EXDB18V2-180 is designed for intensive drilling in reinforced concrete, masonry and brick during various installation work for heating, air conditioning, water and electricity systems… Versatile and extremely robust, it is perfectly suited for column or hand core drilling in dry or wet drilling, thanks to the dust extraction adapter and integrated water supply.

Compatible with the GCR 180 (II) Professional diamond drill support, it can drill large holes in concrete or masonry on a wall, ceiling or floor.

This robust support simplifies diamond drilling thanks to its solid aluminum column, which offers high torsional resistance and can be tilted up to 45°. It also ensures precise work, facilitates core bit guidance, and helps locate the drill hole with its center pointer, spirit level, and drilling depth scale. It is easy to install and remove thanks to a 60 mm quick-release clamp and its combined base, which can be secured by anchoring or suction (suction cup effect).

On the safety side, the EXDB18V2-180 has Kickback Control, to reduce the risk of injury by stopping the motor if the drill bit jams, Drop Control, to stop the tool if it falls to the ground, and a locking mechanism for better protection during transport.

It also features an overload indicator to determine the optimal pressure force based on current consumption, ensuring extended battery life. It also has a charge level indicator for its two batteries and two spirit levels to guarantee perfect vertical and horizontal alignment of the holes.

Finally, the design and positioning of the two batteries have been studied to ensure optimal protection, while preserving the ergonomics of the tool.

New EXPERT EXBH18V-32F Cordless SDS Plus Rotary Hammer: High-performance drilling speed

The new Bosch EXPERT EXBH18V-32F cordless SDS plus rotary hammer is designed for drilling deep, large-diameter holes in concrete, brick, and reinforced concrete for surface chipping, installing rebar or anchors, chiseling work, etc.

Thanks to its brushless BITURBO motor, optimized impact mechanism, and high-performance transmission, it harnesses the full power of EXPERT batteries. It delivers an impact force of 4,5 J with an impact rate of 4,300 bpm, and ensures a drilling speed 60% faster than the GBH 18V-28 Professional*, for holes with diameters from 10 to 20 mm.

With this durable tool, building professionals will increase their productivity and perform more deep drilling per battery charge.

For precise work and optimal tool control, the EXBH18V-32F features: Vibration Control to reduce vibration and minimize fatigue, KickBack Control to stop the motor if the drill bit jams and limit the risk of injury due to kickback, and soft start with the Adaptive Speed ​​Control (ASC) function.
A simplified user interface allows you to select two different working modes to enjoy longer battery life:

• 70% mode: soft start with reduced power for working on delicate materials.
• 100% mode: gradual start-up up to maximum power for heavier work.

Robust and durable, the EXBH18V-32F is suitable for the toughest job site conditions. Thanks to its metal frame, the battery cells are protected if the tool is dropped.

Versatile and powerful, the new Bosch EXPERT EXBH18V-45 SDS max cordless rotary hammer delivers a high impact force of 12,5 J, enabling it to cover the most demanding applications in concrete, brick, masonry, stone…

Its high-performance BITURBO brushless motor, combined with its optimized transmission, allows you to exploit the full potential of the new EXPERT batteries. It ensures more efficient work, with a drilling speed up to 2x faster than the GBH 18V-36 C Professional*.

With its extended battery life, the EXBH18V-45 can drill up to 33 holes of ø 25 mm to a depth of 150 mm on a single battery charge (15 Ah). Users increase their productivity and achieve more deep drilling per battery charge.

Ergonomic and compact, the EXBH18V-45 offers exceptional user comfort during intensive drilling and chiseling work. Thanks to its lightweight motor and magnesium alloy housing, it is the lightest in its class at only 8 kg (without battery).

Equipped with KickBack Control, it reduces the risk of injury by stopping the motor if the drill bit jams. For less tiring work, Vibration Control reduces vibrations thanks to an auxiliary handle and a mass damper. Finally, Restart Protection safeguards the user in case of a power outage.

The EXBH18V-45 offers two operating modes: 100% power for hard materials and 70% power for brittle materials. In addition, the speed control switch allows you to adjust the speed for different applications.

With its innovative design and three rows of aerodynamic diamond segments, the new Bosch EXPERT Long Life diamond grinding wheel for concrete offers exceptional concrete grinding performance and a lifespan four times longer than the standard Bosch range. Combined with large dust extraction slots, it efficiently removes material residue.
