Malerba offers two new burglar-proof landing door sets for new builds and renovations

While MPE47 was developed to equip new homes and MPER47 is more specifically dedicated to rehabilitation, these two MALERBA innovations have in common an A2P BP2 certified anti-burglary level which attests to a minimum 10-minute resistance to burglary.

With MALERBA excellence as a common foundation, these new landing door sets combine ease of customization and high performance, whether in terms of burglary resistance, sound reduction, fire resistance or thermal insulation. Indeed, equipped with a robust construction guaranteeing increased anti-burglary security, these interior metal landing door sets from MALERBA also boast high sound reduction (R_A = 45 dB), combined with optimal fire resistance (EI20/EI30) and high-performance thermal insulation (insulation of 1,8 W/m².K). Synonymous with enhanced security and improved living comfort, the MPE47 and MPER47 door blocks, made to measure, are also validated to cover a wide range of dimensional needs, up to 2 mm high and 147 mm wide.

Equipped as standard with a 5-point locking system and 5 A2P** boxes, 4 3D adjustable pins and 4 anti-theft pins, these new MALERBA door sets consist of a galvanized steel facing leaf (58 mm thick) with 3-sided overlap with an insulating core with an absorbent complex, and a rigid frame with a tubular peripheral seal and intumescent seals in the upper crosspieces and on the uprights as well as a Swiss steel threshold. As for the frame, equipped with an airtight and acoustic seal, it can be a frame for installation by sealing on a concrete wall with a minimum thickness of 100 mm (MPE47) or a rehabilitation frame for installation on an existing wooden or metal frame (MPER47).

Finally, in terms of finishes, let us mention that the MPE47 and MPER47 can be delivered lacquered in the latest trendy colors and personalized with one of the many decors available. Indeed, MALERBA offers a wide range of models to create a unique door set perfectly harmonized with its environment, whether it is a laminated facing with or without decorative strips, structured wood-tone PVC coverings, decorative grooves or even decorative moldings.
