Korus Group is establishing a new governance structure to support its transfer

He retains the active chairmanship of Korus Group and will continue to define, champion, and embody the group's strategic vision, both in France and internationally. This new structure is reflected in three key appointments, aimed at strengthening the group's performance, governance, and development ambitions.

Michele Serra, International Managing Director and Vice President of the group, takes over as Group CEO of Korus Group. He will retain his leading role at the head of the international teams and subsidiaries in Italy, Germany, Spain and Luxembourg.

Alongside him, Thierry Grillot, CEO of Lbc Korus Group and Director of Strategic Alliances, is appointed CEO of Korus Group France. He retains his responsibilities within Lbc Korus Group and assumes responsibility for all of the group's French activities, including the subsidiaries Théorème Ingénierie and Korus Consulting, alongside their respective directors, Ronan Laporte and Sébastien Nauleau.

In addition to his role as Secretary General, Nicolas Noir has been appointed Director of Operations. In this capacity, he will lead, with the support of their directors, the 7 Regional Directorates (Central East, North West, North East, South West, Greater Paris and South Med), the DCM (Multi-site Concept Deployment) as well as Maintenance.

The Executive Committee of Korus Group now consists of Charles Marcolin, Michele Serra, Thierry Grillot, Nicolas Noir and Emmanuel Xerri as financial expert.

This renewed organization strengthens the group's dynamics and prepares for the next stages of its evolution.
