Kadans Science Partner announces the launch of construction of The MIX, the first “Techtiaire” building on the Paris Saclay urban campus

It's always impressive to see how quickly the campus changes. The neighborhood is coming to life around the brand-new university buildings. Danone and Servier have set up shop in the last two years. Shops have flourished on the Mail Potier, the pedestrian thoroughfare.

From the Lumen – a magnificent, state-of-the-art library – there is a panoramic view of the future metro station for line 18, which will open at the end of 2026, at the same time as The MIX, the first technical building in Paris-Saclay developed by Kadans Science Partner, whose launch brought together a large crowd on March 6. This includes stakeholders from the region, as well as from the academic, industrial and incubator worlds, who are eagerly awaiting the project.

The MIX will be able to accommodate up to 800 innovation stakeholders in a 15.000 m² space of flexible workspaces and cutting-edge laboratories, in a pleasant, unifying, and stimulating environment. This building was designed to enable the region's many startups to grow locally with technical space adapted to their needs, particularly for prototyping and scaling up. It should also accommodate industrial players who want to take their first step into the thriving and collaborative world of Paris-Saclay.
