Jean-Sébastien Leoni is appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the NGE Group

Jean-Sébastien Leoni, as Group Chief Financial Officer, contributes to strengthening relationships with all of NGE's financial stakeholders. He and his teams have played a key role over the past two years, particularly during two major external growth operations:

• The acquisition of Sade, a recognized specialist in the water cycle, in 2024, enabled NGE to significantly strengthen its expertise in a sector that is strategic for the territories.
• The acquisition of Saceem, a leading construction company in Uruguay, finalized at the end of 2025, opens up a new field of opportunities for the Group in Latin America.

These operations illustrate NGE's growth strategy, which combines solid organic development with targeted acquisitions to enrich its offering, develop its expertise and strengthen its positioning as a major player in the construction industry in France and internationally.

Serving strategic projects and the ecological transition

As Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Jean-Sébastien Leoni continues his missions to lead the financial department, major internal transformation projects of support functions (information systems and legal departments) for the benefit of operations and strategic external growth projects.

As a strategic sponsor of Corporate Social Responsibility, Jean-Sébastien Leoni also brings to the highest level the issues related to the ecological transition, which now structure the entire business plan of NGE.

These commitments are in line with the Group's trajectory, which anticipates a workforce of over 30.000 employees and a target turnover of €6,3 billion in 2028.

• A qualified chartered accountant, auditor and graduate of an MBA from Babson College in Boston (USA), Jean Sébastien Leoni began his career at Arthur Andersen, which joined Ernst & Young in 2002, where he became a partner in 2008.
• Jean-Sébastien Leoni joined NGE in 2009 as the Group's Chief Financial Officer, notably to manage relations with financial institutions and investors.
• Deputy Managing Director since 2012, he is in charge within the NGE Executive Committee of the Administrative and Financial Department, the Legal and Insurance Department, the Information Systems Department, the CSR Department and the newly created Strategic Projects Department in 2025.
• He joined NGE's Strategic Council in 2021.
• In January 2026, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
