Quick and easy installation, even on your own

Lightweight, Innoline® plates weigh only 2 kg, making them very easy to handle, even alone, without having to use a lifting tool.

Measuring 94 x 80 cm, they allow for quick installation with standard tools on low-pitched roofs starting at 15%. This compact size allows for easy transport in the back of a car.

A careful finish

To ensure a flawless finish, Onduline® has developed ridge and verge elements that blend seamlessly with the Innoline® panel. In addition to providing a clean finish, these elements ensure a perfect seal at the apex and along the lateral edges of the roof.

For fixing, Onduline® offers screws equipped with their sealing collar for a perfectly safe result.

The installation steps

The preparation

1/ Before starting, ensure you have a continuous roof support, without battens, and thoroughly clean the surface.

The positioning of the plates

2/ Begin by positioning all the panels on the roof according to the plan. Do not fix them yet. Always work in the opposite direction to the wind.

3/ Starting from the bottom of the roof, align the edges with a maximum overhang of 2 cm at the eaves.

4/ You can leave a space of up to 10 cm at the top and 4 cm on the sides: the finishing elements will cover it.

The fixing of the plates

5/ Start by fixing the center of the plate, leaving the overlapping areas free. Be careful not to screw the sides or the top at this stage.

6/ For best results, use Onduline® screws with integrated sealing gaskets. Secure them at the crest of the corrugation, not in the trough, and do not overtighten. Before securing the last corrugation of each panel, overlap the adjacent panel by at least one corrugation horizontally and vertically. You can increase the overlaps to avoid any cutting. If you need to cut the panels, use a standard saw.

Then continue fixing the plate by plate.

Finishes

7/ Once both sides are fixed, install the edges onto the end plates. Overlap each edge by 15 cm with the wider side facing upwards.

Align the edge screws with the plate screws, first on the sides, then at the top.

8/ Finish by extending the ridge with a 15 cm overlap between each element, and secure it to the top of each corrugation. For a neat finish, add a decorative wooden element to the ends of the ridge.
