The first phase of the "extraordinary" construction project in downtown Rennes, aimed at uncovering the Vilaine River, is coming to an end with the "nibbling away" of the last few meters of the slab that served as a parking lot, announced the mayor of the Breton capital, Nathalie Appéré, on Thursday, May 7.
