Inoha 2025 Innovation Trophy for the new Ventilis TBC Autogyre single-flow humidity-controlled mechanical ventilation system

On the occasion of this major event, the 10th edition of the INOHA Trophies was able to highlight the innovative projects of industrialists, members of INOHA, who are participating in the ecological transition.

As a partner of the New Housing Industry Association, Autogyre, an air treatment expert for over 70 years and committed for several years to more sustainable and responsible ventilation, competed for and won the INOHA Innovation Trophy with its new Ventilis TBC Hygro B Single Flow Mechanical Ventilation System. Ideal for energy-efficient renovations, with its ultra-low-consumption motor, it allows for savings of up to 7%, or €324, on annual heating bills and guarantees optimal performance for effective ventilation. This award, presented by a jury of industry experts (CSTB, FDMC, FMB, UNTEC, FFB, INOHA, LE MONITEUR), is a significant recognition for Autogyre, which is working towards sustainable and more energy-efficient buildings.

NEW – VENTILIS TBC, the Hygro B Single Flow MVHR: An innovation designed to meet the challenges of energy renovation

Made in France and energy class B, the new Ventilis TBC Autogyre single-flow ventilation system is suitable for both new construction and thermal renovation projects. With its ergonomic and ultra-compact design, it adapts to all housing configurations, from studios to seven-room apartments, with a kitchen and up to six bathrooms.

Cost-effective

Its very low consumption motor from 11,7 W-Th-C* combined with a type B humidity-controlled regulation allows you to reduce your heating bill by up to 7%, or about €324 in savings per year compared to a traditional self-regulating VMC.

It also ensures up to 55% energy savings by reducing heat loss due to air renewal by 30%.

Recognized for the RE 2020 new construction market, the Ventilis TBC single-flow ventilation system qualifies for Energy Savings Certificates (CEE) as part of energy renovation projects. Certified QB "Humidity-controlled ventilation**" and labeled "BBC-eligible product," it is ideal for low-energy buildings and passive houses.

Compact and ultra-versatile

The Ventilis TBC single-flow ventilation system is the flattest in its Hygro B category at 16.8 cm thick and operates in all positions:

• Suspended in the attic (80% of installations),
• Fixed to a wall in a garage, a technical room…
• Positioned in narrow spaces such as false ceilings, cupboards (15% of installations).

The Ventilis TBC Autogyre single-flow ventilation system can be installed quickly and safely without tools thanks to:

• Its removable 45° or 90° elbows are self-clipping.
• Its 360° multi-position elbows which:
  • They facilitate the orientation of the tapping.
  • They guarantee airflow and quality, preventing the duct from bending and causing pressure losses.
• A multi-network branch connection. With a universal connection, the branches adapt to all types of conduits: rigid, aluminum, PVC, insulated PVC, Autogyre RESIST'R conduit…
• A quick-release duct attachment system with a seal that simplifies the installation of the ventilation system, while ensuring a watertight network.
• Quick'Gaines clamps that ensure the sheaths stay in place.
• An electrical connection that is made without tools via a quick-connect terminal, easily accessible on the top of the box.

Finally, to offer maximum comfort in terms of noise level, the support and suspension system of the Ventilis TBC subwoofer is anti-vibration.
