Hilti acquires Fieldwire startup to create construction site management platform

This strategic acquisition will combine Fieldwire's best product with the power of the Hilti brand and its business reach to improve contractor and jobsite productivity. Fieldwire provides an advanced jobsite management platform that powers over one million jobsites worldwide.

Founded in 2013, Fieldwire has built a strong presence in North America and has been successful in expanding internationally to Europe and Asia-Pacific while building market-specific features that enable customers to improve productivity in the field. The San Francisco-based company is currently helping thousands of customers better manage their jobsites digitally by delivering a reliable, easy-to-use, feature-rich, and device-independent software solution. It is used by general contractors and subcontractors and is known for its field-driven approach to productivity.
