Heiwa is supporting Vertumne Confort Climatique on a large-scale commercial project in the Hérault region.

A 3.400 m² construction project carried out by a family business

Based in Lavérune, near Montpellier, Vertumne Confort Climatique, managed by Francky and Lucas Bernard, completed the air conditioning system for four office floors of 850 m² each, totaling over 3.400 m². The project, which began in June 2024 and was completed in spring 2025, represents a record for Heiwa: 98 indoor cassettes and 11 outdoor units were installed, from the Heiwa PRO and MAX VRF ranges.

Beyond the performance of the products, the success of the project rests on a particularly thorough design study. David Assenza, DRV Sales and Specifications Manager at Heiwa, proposed several versions of the diagram before final validation, in order to best adapt the solution to the constraints and technical developments of the building. Present on site several times, he supported the VCC team until commissioning. David was very responsive, both on the technical and commercial aspects. That's what we were looking for: competence and a close working relationship. " Lucas Bernard points out.

In the field, installers particularly appreciated the ease of installation and time savings offered by Heiwa products: crimped connections, twisted copper outlets on outdoor units, and intuitive centralized control via tablet (HPVOTAB-V1). In just a few minutes, everything is connected and up and running. It's incredibly convenient. " continues Lucas Bernard.

This project also illustrates the lasting relationship of trust between Heiwa and its installation partners.

The La Valentine project, a commercial complex of over 11.000 m² currently undergoing renovation, will soon be the subject of a detailed presentation, further illustrating Heiwa's ability to support complex, large-scale projects.
