Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies, an industrial player committed to decarbonizing the construction sector which designs and markets innovative clinker-free cements, announces the obtaining of a Technical Approval (ATec) validating the use of concretes formulated from its 0% clinker H-UKR cement for superstructure applications: walls, wall beams, columns, beams & floors.
This Technical Assessment, a world first for a 0% clinker cement, certifies that H-UKR-based concretes meet the safety, durability, and performance criteria required for structural works. It represents the highest level of technical recognition in France.

This is the third such approval obtained in a year, unprecedented for a 0% clinker cement. Following assessments of building foundations and wind turbine foundations, this recognition confirms the reliability, durability, and performance of H-UKR cement-based concretes, regardless of the application.”
According to Stéphanie BONDOUX, Director of Evaluation and Quality at Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies: “This third Technical Assessment, the ultimate level of recognition for H-UKR, concludes its evaluation process in France and confirms the technical maturity of our solutions. In 2026, we intend to actively pursue our evaluation efforts in order to cover new applications and geographical areas.”
