Gérard Sénior reappointed President of Qualibat for a new 4-year term

Under his presidency, QUALIBAT has embarked on a strong modernization process, marked by the dematerialization of examination committees and qualification application files, more targeted communication, but also and above all a strengthened presence on the ground through major events such as Batimat, the Tournée Rénovacteur, Rénotour, Rénodays, BePOSITIVE or Enerj'meeting, reflecting a strong desire: to be alongside qualified companies, to listen to them, to support them.

This mandate has also been one of openness and dialogue. Numerous partnerships have emerged with committed stakeholders in the sector: Domial, Action Logement, the Social Union for Housing, Synerciel, UNSFA, and Stop Energy Exclusion. These partnerships reinforce QUALIBAT's mission: to remain attentive to the field, respond to the real needs of professionals, and support a constantly evolving sector.

The year 2024 was particularly emblematic. Major projects, such as the construction of infrastructure for the Paris Olympic Games or the completion of the restoration of Notre-Dame de Paris, highlighted the excellence and commitment of the QUALIBAT-qualified companies that carried them out. This recognition was confirmed by the numerous distinctions received by qualified companies in leading competitions, such as the Geste d'Or or the Prix Moniteur de la Construction. These successes demonstrate the value of the qualification and the competence of the professionals who carry it out.

More than ever, QUALIBAT places its qualified companies at the heart of its actions. Promoting their skills, their expertise, and their commitment: this is the guiding principle of Gérard Sénior's presidency.
