France Air launches Novatys® Flat ECM, a compact ventilation unit designed for commercial renovation.

Available in six versions, NOVATYS® FLAT ECM meets a wide variety of needs: offices, retail spaces, hotels, educational facilities, and professional kitchens. Its compact design—ranging from 325 to 590 mm in height depending on the model—makes it one of the most discreet solutions on the market, ideal for existing buildings where every centimeter counts.

The unit comes standard with Oxeo® Touch3 regulation, developed by France Air. This technology allows for precise control of airflow, optimized thermal comfort management, and simplified programming via an intuitive interface compatible with current communication protocols.

Designed to simplify the installers' work, NOVATYS® FLAT ECM can be installed on the floor, ceiling, or vertically. Its Plug & Play system and hinged access panels simplify both installation and maintenance.

The range is available in several configurations: with an electric heating element, a hot water heating element, a version without an electric heating element, or a slave version for cascade installations. Two additional versions with changeover heating elements and DX direct expansion will be available from June 2026.

Thanks to this versatility, NOVATYS® FLAT ECM provides a complete response to current energy renovation challenges: improvement of indoor air quality, reduction of consumption thanks to the ECM engine and discreet integration into existing buildings.
