In response to the fires affecting several French regions, France Bois Forêt is calling for an acceleration of forest adaptation to climate change. The industry association specifically recommends developing firebreaks, improving enforcement of brush clearing regulations, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of investments in forest regeneration.
