Faced with numerous criticisms, Anah defends the extension of the deadlines for MaPrimeRénov'

An extension of the deadlines due to the success of this aid and the strengthening of controls

The processing times for MaPrimeRénov' applications have in fact been longer since the beginning of the year and Anah is doing everything it can to reduce them.

The reasons that led to the extension of these deadlines are:

• a strong dynamic of filing applications for large-scale renovations, which demonstrates the interest of this public policy which meets the needs of the French people,
• strengthening of controls at all levels to combat attempted fraud,
• the late adoption of the PLF2025, which generated a backlog of files that Anah is trying to reduce.

Average time to commit files before work:

• renovation by gesture: 63 days
• major renovation: 105 days

Average payment time for files after work:

• renovation by gesture: 49 days
• major renovation: 35 days

On the other hand, these deadlines may be significantly longer for companies subject to increased controls as part of the fight against fraud.

The expertise acquired in the field of combating fraud allows Anah to act effectively to protect the user journey and the activity of quality companies: in-depth checks, mobilization of AI, request for more supporting documents, on-site checks.

Following these checks, the Anah increasingly takes decisions of total or partial withdrawal on the basis of factual and legal elements and at the end of a procedure which gives each party the opportunity to provide proof of its good faith.

Some stakeholders have also challenged the Agency's decisions. The results are clear: 2.658 judgments have been issued, 2.597 of which were in favor of the Anah (98%).

The timeframes indicated by these stakeholders are not representative of the average timeframes observed. Attempted fraud on the Anah system results in meticulous monitoring by the State, which can lengthen the processing of certain files requiring additional verification.
