Created in 2003 and exclusively reserved for FPI members, this national competition, sponsored by key players in the sector (SOCFIM, GIP, EDF, GRDF, Apave, SMABTP, Banque Populaire and Socotec), highlights the most innovative, sustainable and exemplary projects carried out by real estate developers in France.
With 442 applications received, a high participation rate in a particularly tense economic context, this 21st edition reflects the resilience and commitment of promoters to building sustainable and inclusive cities.
For Pascal Boulanger, President of the FPI: "Despite the current economic constraints, our profession is showing unwavering determination. Real estate developers demonstrate every day their ability to innovate, adapt and meet the expectations of the territories. The projects rewarded this year illustrate the ambition and know-how that characterize our profession: building to meet environmental, economic and societal challenges."
The national jury, chaired this year by Jean-Michel Fauvergue, former head of RAID, praised the exceptional quality of the projects presented, highlighting their ability to combine innovation, sustainability and territorial impact.
