As a reminder, the Climate and Resilience Law adopted in 2021 incorporated into the Public Procurement Code the mandatory consideration of the environment in the conditions of execution of contracts by August 21, 2026, as well as the consideration of the environmental characteristics of the offer in the award criteria.
