The existing home market in France showed signs of stabilization in the first quarter of 2026, according to the Notaires-Insee index published on Thursday, May 28. After several months of gradual recovery, however, the sector's outlook remains fragile due to the international context and uncertainties related to changes in mortgage interest rates.
