Eneville has developed a unique database covering all commercial buildings in France, built using technology that massively leverages open data to model each property asset. By relying on proprietary technology enhanced by artificial intelligence, the company transforms heterogeneous sources into structured, reliable, and directly usable data.

Its value proposition lies in the ability to comprehensively describe each building: precise geolocation data (geocoding, address), administrative information (tertiary use, nature of activity, NAF and APE codes), property data (owners and occupants who are legal entities), detailed morphological characteristics (footprint, height, floor area, usable area, number of stories, solar shading, etc.), as well as energy estimates (consumption, uses, and energy sources). This technological foundation enabled it to win, with the engineering firm Enertech, the ADEME's "towards responsible building" research project call in 2024 to establish an observatory of the electricity consumption of tertiary buildings.
