The electrification plan for France, announced by Sébastien Lecornu, will need to be accompanied by additional resources (budget, regulations) and integrate energy savings in order to meet France's objective of reducing fossil fuels from 60% to 40% in energy consumption in France by 2030, according to the Climate Action Network.
