French construction and transport concessions group Eiffage reported a 8,5% increase in revenue for the third quarter, to 6,4 billion euros, on Thursday, November 13, and maintained its earnings forecasts for the full year.
It was the construction division in particular that drove the activity with a turnover of 5,26 billion euros, an increase of 10%, while the concessions division grew by 2,3% to 1,12 billion euros.
The group, which "benefits from strong visibility" in the construction sector due to a "still solid order book of 30,8 billion euros as of September 30, 2025", confirmed its annual outlook.
It notably forecasts a current operating result which "should increase again, driven in particular by the improvement in the profitability of Eiffage Energie Systèmes whose current operating margin will reach 6%".
The group also anticipates that its net income "will be affected by the exceptional corporate tax contribution applicable in France in 2025." "Improved operational performance will not be sufficient to offset this impact," Eiffage warned.
