Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, through its Italian subsidiary Elettromeccanica Galli Italo*, has acquired 70% of Socotis, a company with 64 employees specializing in climate and energy engineering as well as maintenance for the commercial and industrial markets. In 2024, it generated revenue of nearly €45 million.
Located in northern Italy, in the Milan region, Socotis both consolidates Eiffage Énergie Systèmes' position as a multi-technical player in the country and allows it to strengthen its capacity to offer energy efficiency solutions at a time when demand in this sector is rising sharply.
Socotis also complements Eiffage Énergie Systèmes' portfolio of expertise in Italy by providing mastery of the creation of turnkey controlled environments, particularly for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sector.
