Edilians Group strengthens its presence in Southern Europe with the signing of an agreement to acquire Cotto Possagno

EDILIANS GROUP, a leader in Southern Europe in the field of sustainable terracotta roofing, announces the signing of the contract to acquire Industrie Cotto Possagno, an Italian family company founded in the 18th century and recognized for its expertise in the manufacture of terracotta tiles.

This strategic operation is part of the group's international development strategy, which already has an industrial presence in France, Spain and Portugal, and accelerates its deployment in the Italian market as well as in the export market.

With more than 150 employees and an annual turnover of around 40 million euros, Industrie Cotto Possagno benefits from a solid territorial base, supported by its history and its commercial brands serving a rich range of products, centuries-old know-how and complete control of its supply chain thanks to its 4 operating quarries and its industrial footprint with four main production lines.

According to Pascal Casanova, president of EDILIANS GROUP: “This acquisition, which is expected to be finalized in April 2026, strengthens our leading position in Southern Europe by allowing us to capture a significant and long-standing market for clay roof tiles.
