The Union of Independent Businesses and Very Small Businesses (Indépendants et des TPEs) has published the results of its annual survey of 1.679 managers of very small businesses, conducted between December 29, 2025, and January 5, 2026. This survey paints a clear picture: 2025 marks an economic turning point for very small businesses. It is no longer simply a temporary downturn, but a structural weakening of the local business model.
