Dzao's range of aluminum joinery^®The products, signed Profils Systèmes, meet these new regulatory requirements. Therefore, they will naturally be mandatory for owners, co-owners, project managers, specifiers, and inspection bodies for all building permit applications.

It should be noted that the decree of July 5, 2024, and its implementation guide mandate strengthening the resistance of buildings to cyclonic winds. Therefore, exterior joinery (windows, shutters, sunshades, etc.) must now be certified as having undergone impact resistance tests, wind resistance tests under increased aerodynamic pressures, and a reinforcement coefficient for the joints. This legal change effectively increases the design requirements for windows, French doors, blinds, and sliding doors to ensure better protection of buildings against cyclonic winds. This legislative requirement applies to both single-family and multi-family dwellings, as well as public access buildings (ERP), whether new constructions or existing buildings (in cases of major renovations, extensions, additions, or structural modifications).

With the latest developments in its Dzao range^® Designed for hot and tropical regions, Profils Systèmes had anticipated this regulation. It's worth noting that this range of casement and sliding aluminium windows, without thermal break, offers a multitude of minimalist frame design possibilities (with a visible aluminium profile of only 66,3 mm on the side).
