Following the close of the public consultation on the third National Low-Carbon Strategy (SNBC 3) on July 5, 2026, the TerraWater Institute is publishing two studies dedicated to the decarbonization of the building stock. The first analyzes the role of energy renovation over the past twenty years, while the second formulates twenty proposals to accelerate the electrification of buildings.
