Cosentino paves the way for the new generation and strengthens its corporate governance

Francisco Martínez-Cosentino (73 years old), currently President and CEO, continues to serve as President, thus establishing a governance model based on the separation of functions, combining experience and renewal.

Pilar Cosentino

With over 20 years of experience in the company, Pilar has been instrumental in Cosentino's transformation, which now operates in over 35 countries and employs 6.000 people worldwide. Throughout her career, Pilar has led the Strategy, Talent Management, Digital Transformation, and Information Technology departments. She holds a degree in Law and Corporate Legal Consulting from the Pontifical Comillas University (ICADE), an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa, and has received numerous awards for her leadership.

Eduardo Cosentino

Cosentino is also strengthening its international focus with the appointment of Eduardo Cosentino (42) as its sole Executive Vice President. His responsibilities now include managing marketing, digital, and commercial activities, while retaining his current role as CEO of Cosentino Americas. Present in the United States for 15 years, Eduardo has contributed significantly to the sector's development as Chairman of the Board of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), the largest North American organization in the sector (60.000 members). He also contributes to the development of trade between Spain and the United States as Vice President of the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Álvaro de la Haza becomes Chief Corporate Officer, reporting directly to the President, and will continue to manage the group's Family Office.

An evolution of managerial organization

In this dynamic, Cosentino is taking a new step in its governance by creating a Management Committee to coordinate the daily management of the company and support the executive functions of the CEO. This committee will have 10 members: Francisco, Pilar, Eduardo, Álvaro, as well as the Global Vice Presidents responsible for Supply Chain (Julio Martín), Production (Alberto Quevedo), R&D, Products and Quality (Valentín Tijeras), EMEA Sales (Pedro Parra), Finance (Julian Edwards), and Human Resources (Paco Robles).

The 22-member Executive Committee continues to play a central role in supporting the company's transformation, focusing on innovation and cutting-edge technologies, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence.
