In France, the risk linked to clay shrinkage and swelling (RGA) is no longer a marginal threat: it now concerns more than 10 million individual houses exposed to a medium or high risk, representing nearly 54% of the stock of individual housing in metropolitan France according to the Ministry of Ecological Transition.
