The Minister for Urban Affairs and Housing, Vincent Jeanbrun, has proposed the appointment of Jonathan Sebbane as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Scientific and Technical Centre for Building (CSTB), who will succeed Etienne Crépon from May 29th.
