First collaboration: new VINCI Construction headquarters on the Côte d'Azur

The first major project of this collaboration was the construction of VINCI Construction's new headquarters on the Côte d'Azur, as part of the Mercantour project in Nice. Developed by ADIM Côte d'Azur, a real estate subsidiary of VINCI Construction, the office building spans over 10.000 m² on Boulevard du Mercantour and will accommodate more than 300 employees.

Renewed confidence: the future Nice Police Station

Building on the success of this first collaboration, VINCI Construction has renewed its trust by once again choosing Buildots for an emblematic project: the construction of the Future Police Station in Nice.

With a surface area of over 50.000 m², the building will accommodate 2.000 people from the national and municipal police services, as well as the National Police Information and Command Center and the Nice Hypervision and Urban Command Center.
