Brico Dépôt is rolling out its “Special Pros” program across all its depots

Brico Dépôt is rolling out its "Professional Special" service nationwide to support professional customers. This rollout, which follows a test phase initiated last April in eight of the brand's depots, aims to provide professionals with the benefits of the brand's discount model while adapting to their specific needs. "Professional Special" corners were installed in each depot starting in April.

A system designed to meet the specific needs of professionals and facilitate their careers

After studying the needs of professionals through a study and the organization of round tables, Brico Dépôt tested a “Special Pros” service in April 2023 on 8 pilot depots[1] and then gradually on 24 depots. This experiment showed satisfactory initial results, with in particular an increase in the number of professional customers and their attendance.

Brico Dépôt is now rolling out this service in its 123 warehouses across France. Professionals will benefit from the advantages of the brand's discount model (affordable prices, efficiency, availability of products in construction-grade quantities, and simplicity of offerings) and will be offered a purchasing experience tailored to their needs.

Indeed, a free and personalized loyalty program allows them to benefit from deferred payment and a cashback system. They can also benefit from the support of a dedicated in-store advisor to assist them, and a digital service allows them to track their invoices, find out the prices and availability of products from their web account or via the mobile application. To support the widespread rollout of the service, "Special Pros" corners will be deployed starting in April in all warehouses.

This "Special Pros" service adds to the many advantages of the brand which already meet the needs of professionals: opening of warehouses 7 days a week from 7 a.m., the possibility of returning goods within three months, availability of stocks in site quantities, 7-hour drive or crane delivery[2].
