Bouygues Immobilier and Domani sign a national partnership to develop inclusive senior housing

With this partnership, Bouygues Immobilier and Domani wish to bring about lasting change in the housing offer for seniors: more humane, more flexible and inclusive.

A partnership dedicated to healthy aging

The two partners are combining their expertise to offer an innovative alternative between home care and medicalized accommodation:

• A major player in property development in France, Bouygues Immobilier has been committed for almost 70 years to designing more sustainable living spaces adapted to societal changes to facilitate access to housing and promote well-being in the city.
• Domani, a social and solidarity economy enterprise, develops and operates inclusive housing in the form of shared accommodation for seniors, combining autonomy, security and social life.

By combining their expertise, the two partners aim to address demographic challenges by offering human-scale housing, integrated into urban projects and located in the heart of local communities. Bouygues Immobilier and Domani have already collaborated locally in Talence and Hyères and wished to expand this partnership nationwide.

An ambitious deployment goal

This partnership provides for the development of Domani residences within operations carried out by Bouygues Immobilier, with the objective of securing regular projects throughout France.

Several projects have already been identified or are under study, notably in Cormeilles-en-Parisis, Vannes, Quéven, Royan and Saint-Mandrier, with expected deliveries by 2028. These residences will offer mixed housing combining shared and individual accommodations, close to shops, services and transport, essential conditions for the well-being of residents.
