Bouygues Bâtiment Industrie chooses Buildots to monitor the construction of a 44.000 m² logistics platform in Val-d'Oise using AI

Bouygues Bâtiment Industrie, the Bouygues Construction subsidiary dedicated to industrial projects, has chosen Buildots, an artificial intelligence-based site monitoring solution, to support the construction of the P3 Persan project, a 44.000 m² logistics platform located in Persan (Val-d'Oise).

A technology that enhances accuracy, collaboration, and reliability of deadlines

To optimize site management, the Bouygues Bâtiment Industrie teams are equipped by Buildots with 360° cameras, which automatically capture progress in interior construction areas.

Buildots artificial intelligence then processes and compares this data, enabling, among other things:

enhanced control of a particularly ambitious schedule: 13 months of work,
early detection of performance deviations,
factual and shared data to facilitate collaboration with stakeholders,
complete traceability useful for management and quality

A structuring logistics project for Val-d'Oise

The P3 Persan project, led by Bouygues Bâtiment Industrie, is being developed for P3 Logistic Parks. It was initiated in collaboration with Linkcity, the real estate development subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, and with SEMAVO, the Val-d'Oise development company. This future Class A logistics platform will cover 12 hectares and offer 44,000 m² of flexible space. It can be divided into several units to adapt to diverse needs, incorporating office space, technical facilities, and specific layouts for storing goods subject to particular standards. The entire project is scheduled for completion in November 2026.
