The JOIA Méridia project located in Nice was born from a major call for projects launched by the Public Development Establishment (EPA) Nice Écovallée in 2017. The objective of this consultation was to create an exemplary Ecocity, bringing architectural excellence, urban animation, landscape quality and environmental exemplarity.
