Awnings and Californian blinds, roller shutters, mosquito nets… a fully equipped house by Storistes de France, in the Landes region

In addition, the three sliding glass doors opening onto the terrace are protected against mosquitoes, insects, and pollen by Fly'Plissé mosquito nets. These installations were carried out by Ets Larrère, a Storistes de France partner in the Landes region, specializing in blinds and shutters, joinery, pergolas, gates, and garage doors.

Founded in 1958, Ets Larrère (Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse, Landes) has recognized expertise in manufacturing custom-made aluminium joinery, from small to large dimensions, for windows and bays, entrance doors and carports.

A 7m turquoise blue Corfu awning!

With its refreshing and invigorating turquoise blue, this Corfu awning enhances the facade, which combines white and sandblasted black window and door frames. It measures 7 meters wide by 3,50 meters deep, with three 1,12-meter retractable valances. The arms are equipped with LEDs to extend summer evenings. Robust and offering excellent wind resistance, the Corfu awning is ideal for large terraces.

California blinds to control sunlight

An ideal solution for adjusting light, from allowing light to filter outwards to providing complete blackout, vertical blinds are particularly well-suited for dressing the interior of windows. They can be made from high-performance thermal and solar protection fabrics.

Roller shutters with Well'com radio motorization

The house's eight windows and sliding doors are fitted with roller shutters, with integrated housings built into the masonry to be invisible on the facade. On the garden side, the two 2,90 x 2,15 m living room windows and the 2 x 2,15 m bedroom window are protected from the sun by roller shutters with white aluminum slats and tracks and bottom rails in the same Sandblasted Black 2100 finish as the window and door frames. They are controlled remotely via a smartphone using Franciaflex's Well'com radio motor, which includes an obstacle detection stop function.

The three large sliding doors on the terrace are fitted with Fly'Plissé black mesh mosquito nets to protect occupants from mosquitoes, insects, and even pollen. Out of season, the removable storage box can be detached without tools.
