VMC Simple Flux hygro-adjustable VENTILIS and RESIST’R insulated duct: an energy-efficient and easy-to-install ventilation system that optimizes thermal comfort
Choosing a good ventilation system makes it possible to limit heat loss, preserve your home by evacuating humidity and condensation, and ensure the good health of the occupants. AUTOGYRE, an expert in air treatment and ventilation for 70 years, strives to develop more efficient and less energy-consuming ventilation systems which promote thermal comfort, optimal indoor air quality and contribute to reducing energy expenditure.
To ensure healthy air in the house while making heating savings, AUTOGYRE has designed the new very low consumption hygro-adjustable VMC SF VENTILIS. Made in France and QB certified, this high-performance energy class B equipment reduces energy loss by up to 55%* and up to 11% on the annual heating bill. The VENTILIS humidity-controlled VMC SF is ideal for renovation work because its extra-flat design simplifies installation whatever the configuration of the location. And to facilitate the installation of the duct network and guarantee good air flow, AUTOGYRE has developed the new Resist’R duct. This flexible insulated sheath has the particularity of being very resistant to crushing and of offering excellent acoustic and calorific performance. Associated with the VMC SF VENTILIS, it is the assurance of having an optimized ventilation system.

VENTILIS: limits energy consumption and ensures 11% heating savings
Designed for housing with 2 to 7 main rooms, equipped with a kitchen and up to 6 bathrooms, the new VENTILIS AUTOGYRE humidity-controlled VMC SF is ideal for new construction or for thermal renovation work.
Labeled “BBC eligible product” and QB “Hygro-adjustable ventilation” certified, which guarantees control of performance, electrical safety and manufacturing quality, the VMC SF VENTILIS meets RE2020. With its verifiable values, it is suitable for low-consumption construction and passive houses.
Its high efficiency turbine and its very low consumption electronically commutated motor mounted on ball bearings allow it to display an electrical consumption of 9,9 W-Th-C and achieve an 11% reduction in the energy bill. electricity compared to a classic VMC.
The SF VENTILIS VMC also ensures up to 55% energy savings compared to a self-adjusting VMC by reducing heat loss due to air renewal.
Well-thought-out design to simplify installation
The design of the VENTILIS humidity-controlled VMC SF has been designed to simplify its installation as much as possible. Its extra flat design (only 17 cm) makes it space-saving. The removable and adjustable elbows allow the duct connections to be multi-positioned. The box can thus be installed in any position over 360°: suspended in attics, in a false ceiling, in an attic, fixed to the wall, etc.
The VENTILIS box is connected to self-adjusting or hygro-adjustable vents depending on the rooms served.
- VMC Hygro A: it adapts the air extraction from service or technical rooms according to the hygrometry.
- VMC Hygro B: it adapts the air extraction from service or technical rooms according to their hygrometry and modulates the air inlet flow rates according to the occupancy in each habitable room. It thus optimizes energy savings.
The box support and suspension system is anti-vibration, which reduces the sound level of the VMC. In addition, the rapid attachment system for the ducts is equipped with a seal to guarantee perfect watertightness of the network.
The connections adjustable at 45° and 90° are universal to connect all types of ducts: flexible, rigid, semi-rigid, etc.
For a stand-alone installation, the kit is supplied with the box and vents (kitchen, WC, bathroom).
RESIST’R insulated sheath: flexible but ultra-resistant to crushing
Essential in the installation of a ventilation system, the ducts provide the connection between the suction vents and the extraction box. They help ensure healthy air and optimal comfort in the home.
For simplified installation of the duct network, AUTOGYRE has developed the RESIST’R flexible duct. Compliant with standard EN13180 (dimensions and mechanical requirements for flexible ducts), this duct insulated by a layer of glass wool benefits from exceptional acoustic qualities. It is ideal for use in uninsulated spaces because it reduces heat losses.
Ultra-resistant to crushing, up to 20 kg, the RESIST’R sheath prevents the network from being compressed in particular by insulating materials (glass wool, glass rock, etc.) during installation. It thus guarantees optimal air flow in the network and good ventilation performance.
Waterproof and hygrophobic, the RESIST’R insulated sheath helps maintain the air temperature in the network and therefore prevents the risk of condensation.
Both flexible and robust, the RESIST’R sheath is quick to install. It is available with 25 or 50 mm glass wool insulation.
